Store & Curbside Pickup FAQ

We are pleased to offer in-store and curbside pickup options to our customers

 

 

How do I place an order for pickup?

If you are placing your order online, please select 'Store Pickup' during checkout.  You may also contact the store directly to place your pickup order if you prefer. 

 

How do I arrange for curbside pickup?

To arrange for curbside pickup, please select 'Store Pickup' as your delivery method.  Proceed to checkout and specify 'Curbside Pickup' in the notes section as shown below.   Once you pull up to the store, please call or text us on 201-653-4644 and we will bring your order out to your car. 

 

When is store pickup available?

In store and curbside pickup are available 7 days a week during normal business hours.

 

What is the cutoff time to place an order for store pickup?

Orders received by 4 PM weekdays or by 3 PM weekends are eligible for same-day store or curbside pickup.

 

What if I place my order after the cutoff time?

All store pickup orders placed after the cutoff time will be available for pickup the following day after 11 AM.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

Store pickup orders are completed within 2 hours of receipt.  We will contact you via the email provided as soon as your order is ready.  Once you have received this email confirmation, you may pickup the order at your convenience.

 

Is there a fee or minimum purchase requirement for store pickup?

No, there is no minimum purchase amount, and both store and curbside pickup are FREE.

 

Do my online orders count toward relevant frequent buyer programs?

Yes, eligible purchases will accrue to your corresponding frequent buyer accounts.
