Local Delivery FAQ

We are pleased to offer free local delivery to our customers

 

How do I place an order for local delivery?

If you are placing your order online, please select 'Local Delivery' during checkout.  You may also contact the store directly to place your delivery order if you prefer.

 

Where is local delivery offered?

Same-day delivery is available to all customers residing in the Hoboken zip code (07030).

Next-Day delivery is available outside of Hoboken to the following zip codes: 07030, 07302, 07310, 07311, 07307, 07086, 07087, and 07093.  If you are unsure, please use our address checker to confirm eligibility.

 

What if I live in the area, but not in one of these zip codes?

If you live outside this delivery area, please contact the store directly to discuss options. We may be able to accommodate your request for a small fee.  

 

What days do you offer local delivery?

Delivery is available Monday - Friday, except for major holidays.  On rare occasions, we may need to suspend deliveries due to issues beyond our control, such as inclement weather or road closures.   If this occurs, we will update customers via social media and on this website.

 

How much does local delivery cost?

Home delivery is FREE for all purchases over $35.  Any order below $35 will be charged a $5 delivery fee.

 

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

There is no minimum purchase requirement.  We will deliver orders of any size, however, any order below $35 will be charged a $5 delivery fee.

 

What is the order cutoff for same-day delivery in Hoboken?

All delivery orders for Hoboken must be placed by 1:00 PM for same day delivery.  Orders received after 1:00 PM will go out the following day.

 

What are your delivery hours?

Orders generally go out between 2 - 5 PM.

 

Can I request a specific delivery time?

We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule, but due to demand we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We request a minimum two-hour window for deliveries.

 

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No.  Due to Covid-19, all deliveries are currently contactless.   If your building has a concierge, we will leave deliveries at the concierge desk.  If your building doesn’t have a concierge, we will leave your delivery in your lobby/vestibule, or in a spot you specify.  Please include your requested delivery drop-off location in the notes at checkout.  You’ll receive a text notifying you that we have delivered your order.

 

Do my online orders count toward relevant frequent buyer programs?

Yes, eligible purchases will accrue to your corresponding frequent buyer accounts.
